Jeromy Burnitz Collection (7/7/2018)

Burnitz was a tough-to-love guy for me, in part due to his New York Met background and in part because the whole Brewers organization at the end of the 1990s was tough to like. As with anyone who was playing in the late 1990s, there are questions as to whether Burnitz was clean. I don't know if he was or wasn't.

His HR totals were pretty impressive with the Brewers -- so much so that he was named as an outfielder on the Journal Sentinel All Decades team for the 1990s despite playing just 4-1/2 seasons with the team in that decade.

I have 160 Jeromy Burnitz cards picturing him on the Brewers.
